  • If our team cannot access the property due to your unavailability, it will be considered a “No-Show” and cancellation charges will apply
  • You are responsible for securing any pets and informing us of any safety concerns at the property

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

  • We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED
  • Cash payments upon service completion
  • Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • Bank transfers for corporate accounts

6.2 Pricing and Currency

  • All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT
  • The price and currency displayed at checkout will be the same as printed on the transaction receipt
  • The amount charged to your card will be shown in your card’s currency as converted by your card issuer

6.3 Payment Processing

  • For advance payments, your card will be authorized at booking and charged upon service completion
  • You must retain a copy of all transaction records and receipts
  • Payment confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours of payment processing
