DCS Cleaning Services (DubaiClean) accepts the following payment methods:
- Cash on completion
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit Cards
- Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Bank Transfer (for corporate clients)
All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to protect your financial information.
Payment Processing
One-Time Service Bookings
For one-time bookings paid by card or digital wallet, your payment method will be authorized at the time of booking. The final charge will be processed only after the service has been completed and confirmed by our service team.
Recurring Service Bookings
For recurring cleaning schedules (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), payment will be processed after each service is completed and confirmed. No upfront payment is required for the entire series.
Cash Payments
Cash payments are collected by our service professional upon completion of the service. Please have the exact amount ready when possible.
Payment Confirmation
You will receive a payment confirmation via:
- Email to the address provided at booking
- SMS notification (if opted in)
- Receipt from our service professional (for cash payments)
Confirmation will be sent as soon as the payment is processed.
Pricing and Currency
All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT. The price shown at the time of booking is the price you will be charged, unless you request additional services during the appointment.
Refund Policy
Service Not Delivered
If you are charged for a service that was not delivered, DCS Cleaning Services will provide a full refund. Please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of your scheduled service time to report the issue.
Unsatisfactory Service
Under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:
- If you’re not satisfied with our work, contact us within 24 hours of service completion
- We will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge
- If we’re unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will issue a full or partial refund based on the circumstances
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed:
- To your original payment method (for card/digital wallet payments)
- As account credit for future services
- Via bank transfer (for corporate accounts)
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation Window
- Within 1 hour of booking: Free cancellation, full refund
- More than 24 hours before service: Free cancellation, full refund
Late Cancellation Charges
- 12-24 hours before service: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 12 hours before service: 100% cancellation fee
- No-Show (customer not available at scheduled time): 100% cancellation fee
Rescheduling Services
You may reschedule your service free of charge if done more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before service may be subject to cancellation fees.
Additional Service Charges
If you request additional services during your appointment (beyond the original booking scope), our service professional will provide a quote for approval before proceeding. These additional charges will be processed separately and are non-refundable once the work is completed.
Disputes
If you have any concerns about charges or wish to dispute a payment, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate all disputes fairly and respond within 5 business days.

Policy Updates
DCS Cleaning Services reserves the right to update this Payment and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
